Studio Lighting

For this assignment you will be exploring Portrait Photography and Food Photography. Both of these types of Photography involve studio lights but have totally different outcomes.

Mood Board for Food Photography

Set up a Google doc or Google Slide show and add 10 food images that are a studio shoot to the board.

What is doable in a studio setting here? In other words, you can't go to McDonalds to get food to shoot.

What will you bring to class to set up and use for the shoot? What will you focus on and what type of

lighting will you use?

Mood Board for Studio Portraiture

In either Google docs or Google Slideshow create a mood board of 10 images for portraits done in a studio setting. Add notes about why you like the image and where the important part of the lighting is in the image. Address which type of lighting you would like to try.
