Oil and Water
Oil and Water Photography can be a lot of fun but does need some prep. For this assignment will be using the term Macro Photography.
Macro Photography-Macro photography is about photographing objects that are very close to the lens, the film or the sensor.



You will need to choose a couple of people to work with and equipment. You will need:
-
a light
-
a bowl filled with water
-
Oil
-
printed matter such as advertisements, colored paper , etc...
-
a chair or stool to mount your supplies on
The technique is very simple. By adding color sheets under the bowl and a small amount of oil to the water you can create amazing images. You need to gently stir the oil a small amount to get bubbles. Over stirring it will ensure disaster. Put the light on the mixture and bringing your camera close to the ingredients you will be able to shoot macro bubbles.
