Steve McCurry
Steve McCurry is an American photographer who has worked in photojournalism and editorial publications such as National Geographic. He is best known for his 1984 photograph "Afghan Girl", which originally appeared in National Geographic magazine. His photography primarily centers around his interest in portraiture and different cultures. His work can be categorized by brilliant colors, intimate portraits, and diverse cultures


Annie Leibovitz

"When I say I want to photograph someone, what it really means is that I'd like to know them. Anyone I know I photograph.”
Anna-Lou "Annie" Leibovitz is an American portrait photographer. She photographed John Lennon on the day he was assassinated, and her work has been used on numerous album covers and magazines. She became the first woman to hold an exhibition at Washington's National Portrait Gallery in 1991.


She burst on the scene photographing the Rolling Stones in candid photos of them on tour, and then moved onto Vanity Fair where she excelled at photographing celebrities.
